Is Sunnahbiye free?
Creating a biodata and sending five connection requests a year are free. Paid packages with more requests will be added later; there is no charge to browse or to receive requests.
Who can see my phone number?
Nobody sees your phone or email on your public profile. They unlock only for a member whose request you have accepted, and only after our team confirms it where that setting is on.
How long does review take?
Most biodata are reviewed within a day, and always within 24 hours. You will get an email either way, with a reason if something needs correcting.
How is my data used?
Only to run the service: review your biodata, show the fields you allowed, and deliver requests. We do not sell data, run ads, or publish profiles to search engines.
Can my guardian apply for me?
Guardian accounts are planned for a later release. For now you can add your guardian's details in the private family section, and they can contact our team on your behalf.
How do I hide or delete my profile?
Sign in, open My profile and switch visibility to hidden. Hiding takes effect immediately. To delete the account and its data, write to [email protected]; self-serve deletion is coming.
